You can use 'Advanced Teleport' to teleport your city to anywhere in the homeland of your own faction, or in the area of War Zone. Note that you cannot use this item to teleport to another Kingdom. 

How to use 'Advanced Teleport'?
1) Tap the 'World' button to enter the World View.

2) Choose a destination you want to teleport to. (The destination must be an Empty Land in the homeland of your own faction, or in the War Zone.)

3) Tap the destination, a menu will pop up.

4) Tap the button 'Teleport'. 

5) A confirmation dialog will show up, tap 'Okay' to confirm. 

6) Your city will be teleported to the selected location immediately.
