Unfortunately, we can’t help you to restore your account if you lost access to the registered email and forgot your password at the same time. The reason for this is part of what makes your account safe.

I lost access to my registered email, but still remember the password, can I restore my account in the future?
Yes, as long as you remember both the email address and the password, you can restore it. However, the issue is if you forgot your password in the future, you will not be able to reset the password via the registered email. Therefore, if you lost access to the registered email, make sure that you write the password down somewhere so that you don't lose it as well.

Why couldn't the support team just tell me what my password is or reset it?
To protect your account's security, we never store your password anywhere on our servers, and it is never logged. We don't know it, and there is no back door we can use to recover it. This approach ensures that your account is kept safe and secure from hackers. But it also means no one in our team knows your password, not the support engineers or our developers.

For this reason, you should never tell anyone your password, not even our employees. But the downside is, we are unable to retrieve it back from our end.

Why couldn't the support team reset the password if I forgot it?
Believe us—we know how frustrating and inconvenient it can be to not have access to your account. But as much as we hate to be the bearers of bad news, we have to be upfront with you: if your password has been lost or forgotten, there is ONLY one way to retrieve it - by requesting the password to be sent to the registered email address. If you lost access to the registered email and your password at the same time, there is usually not much we can do to help other than try to trigger your memory.
