Guilds can have up to 100 members, who are organized into 5 earned ranks. The following are the definition of each rank and their responsibilities.

Novice
When you join or re-join a guild, you will automatically be assigned with the rank Novice.

Knight
The Knight has more responsibilities than a Novice, but less than Captain, General, Co-Leader and Leader. Knights can:
• Accept players into the guild

Captain
The Captain has more responsibilities than a Knight, but less than General, Co-Leader and Leader. Captains can:
• Accept players into the guild
• Invite players to join the guild
• Promote and demote Knights
General
The General has more responsibilities than a Captain, but less than Co-Leader and Leader. Generals can:
• Invite players to join the guild
• Accept players into the guild
• Promote and demote Knights and Captains
• Kick out guild members
• Send broadcast messages to the entire guild

Co-Leader
The Co-Leader has more responsibilities than a General, but less than the Leader. Co-Leaders can:
• Invite players to join the guild
• Accept players into the guild
• Promote and demote Knights, Captains and Generals
• Kick out guild members
• Send broadcast messages to the entire guild
• Update the recruit requirement (All, Invite-only, etc...)
• Update the Guild Description
• Edit the Guild Bulletin message

Leader
The Leader has the most responsibilities. Leader can:
• Invite players to join the guild
• Accept players into the guild
• Promote and demote Knights, Captains, Generals and Co-Leaders
• Kick out guild members
• Send broadcast messages to the entire guild.
• Update the Guild Description
• Edit the Guild Bulletin message
• Change Guild Name, Short Name, Coat of Arms, and default language.
• Give leadership to another member. Do so with caution as you will be demoted to a Co-Leader immediately and all leadership responsibilities will be lost.

Inactive Guild Leader:
If a Guild leader becomes inactive for 1 month, the Guild leadership will be automatically transferred to an active co-leader. Therefore, to maintain your leadership and prevent it being automatically transferred to a co-leader, please stay active and sign into the game at least once every 30 days!

Warning:
Once the leadership is auto-transferred to another player, the change is final. Our support staff will not be able to get your leadership back!
