First things first, please make sure you have entered the email correctly. In lost account cases, it’s extremely important to use the correct credentials when restoring your account. If you can’t restore your desired account with the email address you’re using now, that means it's probably not the right one.

Tip 1: Some devices' keyboard will automatically attach an empty space at the end of the email. Please make sure that you check the email and remove all redundant empty space.

Tip 2: Some devices' keyboard will automatically use capital letters while entering the password so you might consider resetting your password to use numbers in it instead of letters.

If your account was linked to an old email that you no longer have access to, contact the Email Service Provider to recover your account’s information.
