We recommend that you play only one account per device, and that you register your account to an email so that it can be restored easily later. If you load multiple accounts on a single device, you may lose access to one or more of the accounts in the process.
If you have lost access to your account and never registered it with an email. Simply start a new game and send us a message from within the new game (Menu > Help). Please include the following information in the message, so that we can locate your account and verify your account ownership:

• Exact lord name of the account you lost access to
• The model & maker of your device on which you created this account
• The OS version of your device
• Country where the lost account was created
• When was the last time you logged into the lost account
• Whether you have made any payment on this account
• If yes, please attach the latest payment receipt on this account
