Before you can create a guild, you must first upgrade your City Castle to level 5!
To join or create a guild, find the Menu button on the bottom right corner.
In the 'Menu' dialog, tap 'Guild' to open the guild page, then follow the on-screen instructions to join a guild, or create your very own!
